TERMS OF TRADE

All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Proforma customers

All major credit cards are accepted (except for Amex) with no charge.  Invoices will be raised at the date of despatch and paid for prior to despatch.  Any claims for damaged or missing goods will need to be reported to us by e-mail within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.  Non- delivery in the UK must be reported to us within 4 working days of the invoice date.

Account customers

Accounts are opened at our discretion.  Invoices will be raised at the date of despatch and will be payable within 28 days of this date.  For any sums outstanding after this date we reserve the right to claim interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1988, supplemented by the Payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 2002.  All products remain the property of Funnyman Products until fully paid for.

Export Order Terms:- 

It is your responsibility as an export customer to make sure that our items comply with the intended country of export importation requirements and laws relating to sale and supply of goods.

Deliveries:-

Mainland UK:-

Carriage for orders under £150 is £8.50, no charge for orders over £150.

Orders to Northern Ireland:-

Carriage for orders under £250 is £8.50, no charge for orders over £250.

Orders to Eire, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands:-

Carriage for orders under £300 is £15, no charge for orders over £300.
